What ingredients does Maapilim use in its products?
Our products contain carefully selected mixtures of natural essential oils that are produced in the coastal region of the Mediterranean. Many of these essential oils have been used for hair and skin care for centuries. Some of our products contain a blend of natural and safe synthetics in order to achieve the best results possible.
What do essential oils do?
Essential oils have antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The essential oils, base oils, extracts, and synthetic ingredients used in our products have different health and skincare benefits and serve different purposes in every product. You'll find the ingredients listed on each product page.
Tell me about shipping in the U.S:
We charge a fixed cost of $7 for shipping, and shipping is free for every order above $75. Shipping time is usually 2-5 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently only ship within the U.S.
Do you test your products on animals?
No way. We love animals and would never test our products on them. We sample Maapilim products on (lucky) humans only.
How should I store my Maapilim products?
We use as little preservatives as possible, so keeping our products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight will help extend their shelf-life.
What methods of payment does Maapilim accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
I got my order and I don’t love it. What should I do?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t sweat it - we offer a no-hassle return policy. If you're not happy with your first order, return it within 30 days and get a full refund, no questions asked. Drop us a note at hello@maapilim.com and we’ll be in touch to facilitate the exchange of the product or its return.

How do subscriptions work?
If you purchase a subscription, your kit will be delivered at the frequency you signed up for, on the day you placed your initial order. You can pause, change the frequency of, cancel or make other changes to your subscription by reaching out to hello@maapilim.com.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! We work hard on making the best products possible but understand they’re not for everyone. If for any reason you don't love your products, reach out to us through hello@maapilim.com.
How often/when will I be billed for my subscription?
You’ll be charged every two months, the same day of your first payment.
