Summary

We're looking for an experienced finance professional to build out our finance and legal team. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive reports and working closely with financial and legal partners.

What You'll Do

• Issue complete financial reports on a monthly basis
• Enhance monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Own P&L reporting and budgeting
• Prepare financial statements and budgets on a quarterly basis
• Produce management reporting tools and analyze key performance indicators
• Act as liaison with financial and legal partners (banks, auditors, insurance companies, landlords, law firms)
• Work closely with the tax team to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Review all contracts and expenses

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in finance/accounting
• CPA with bachelor's degree in accounting
• Experience working with global companies
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• Curious, motivated to learn, and thrives in a rapidly changing environment
• Problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent English – writing and verbal skills
