Summary

Maapilim is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team! You’ll have the opportunity to manage performance campaigns from a to z, in one of the most promising b2c startups in Israel, going after a $60b sector, the fastest growing one in the global beauty industry.

Maapilim is a direct-to-consumer grooming brand that has raised $4.5m to date, and is growing rapidly in the US. As a leading ecommerce company, we dedicate most of our marketing focus to paid advertising across various channels. We’ve received a lot of press love (NY Times, WSJ, GQ and more) and collaborated with the largest D2C brands in the US (Away, Goop).

You are

A passionate and experienced performance marketing manager who understands acquisitions strategy, and can lead campaigns from a to z. You’ll build a strategy, manage and carry out campaigns on the different platforms, analyze and optimize them.

Responsibilities

• Build acquisition strategies • Actively manage and carry out campaigns via various online advertising platforms • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sale growth • Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments • Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to team • Collaborate with internal creative team to create assets for campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience and a proven track record in successfully running online campaigns at scale - a must • Highly analytical individual who loves to interpret and analyze data • B.A. in a relevant field (communications, statistics, business, etc) - a plus • Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions • Experience with ecommerce marketing - a plus • Understanding of subscription-based business models - a plus
