Maapilim is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team! You’ll have the opportunity to manage performance campaigns from a to z, in one of the most promising b2c startups in Israel, going after a $60b sector, the fastest growing one in the global beauty industry.

You are

A passionate and experienced performance marketing manager who understands acquisitions strategy, and can lead campaigns from start to finish. You’ll build a strategy, manage, and carry out campaigns on the different platforms, analyze and optimize them.


  • Build acquisition strategies
  • Actively manage and carry out campaigns via various online advertising platforms
  • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan, and execute online marketing strategies
  • Create insightful data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth
  • Test, monitor, and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs
  • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate
  • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platform developments
  • Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to team
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to create assets for campaigns


  • 2+ years of working experience and a proven track record in successfully running online campaigns at scale - crucial
  • Highly analytical individual who loves to interpret and analyze data
  • B.A. in a relevant field (communications, statistics, business, etc) - a plus
  • Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing - a plus
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models - a plus
