Maapilim is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team! You’ll have the opportunity to manage performance campaigns from a to z, in one of the most promising B2C startups in Israel, going after a $60b sector, the fastest growing one in the global beauty industry.

Who we are

Maapilim is a direct-to-consumer grooming brand that has raised $4.5m to date, and is growing rapidly in the US. As a leading e-commerce company, we’ve received lots of love from the press (NY Times, WSJ, GQ, and others) and have collaborated with the largest D2C brands in the US (Away, Goop). From the quality ingredients we source, to the slow-living principles that guide our lives, the Mediterranean inspires much of what we do. We're looking for thoughtful people who will bring ideas, talent, and a little extra brightness to the room. We’re located inside a WeWork space, so there’s constant stimulation, interesting people to chat to, common spaces to relax in, and we always have snacks.

You are

A skilled product marketing manager who is familiar with the creation and marketing of online products or better yet, ecommerce funnels. You are extremely curious about users and want to understand how to communicate with them. You have experience in creating and executing actionable marketing plans. You’re data driven and know how to manage a project from start to finish.

  • Package, analyze and optimize the product funnel and user journey
  • Maximize the potential of new and existing users through user insights and data
  • Understand our users–why they use the product, how they engage with the product and brand in meaningful ways and how to talk to them in a voice they understand
  • Work closely with performance marketers to understand acquisition opportunities and challenges and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage communication with users across multiple channels: email marketing, landing pages, digital ads, educational materials, etc.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research
  • Be the main focal point for all marketing aspects of the product

  • 4+ years of working experience in product marketing
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
  • Highly analytical individual who loves to interpret and analyze data
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing
  • Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions
  • Diligent, proactive, and highly organized team player
